Hello, I'm Paul Madden. I provide confidential counselling for adults, both in person from my private practice in Ashford, Kent, and online across the UK and internationally for English-speaking clients.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, or navigating a significant life change, therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore what's happening and move towards lasting change.
With over 20 years' experience across counselling, hospice care, bereavement support, sexual health services and LGBT+ support, I offer a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly, feel genuinely heard, and work at a pace that feels right for you.
