Counselling Online

Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling offers a simple, flexible and confidential way to access professional support without the need for video or travel. For some people, talking on the phone feels more comfortable and allows them to focus entirely on the conversation without worrying about being on camera.
Whether you're at home, taking a walk in a private place, or somewhere you feel safe and comfortable, telephone counselling provides the same compassionate, non-judgemental support as my other counselling services.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, burnout, or simply feeling unlike yourself, telephone counselling offers a calm and confidential space where you can talk openly at your own pace.
What to Expect
Your first appointment is a 50-minute Initial Consultation & Assessment, where we'll explore what has brought you to counselling, discuss your current circumstances, and consider the support that may be most helpful for you.
If we both feel that ongoing counselling would be beneficial, regular sessions can then be arranged at a pace that feels right for you.
There is no obligation to continue after your first appointment.
How Telephone Counselling Works
At the agreed appointment time, I'll call you on the telephone number you provide. All you need is somewhere private where you feel comfortable talking and a reliable phone signal. There is no need for video, internet access or specialist technology.
Many people appreciate the simplicity of telephone counselling, allowing them to focus entirely on the conversation without distractions.
