Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clarity around payments and cancellations helps create a respectful and consistent working relationship. Below is an outline of my refund policy for both individual sessions and block bookings.

Individual Sessions

  • Sessions must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment.

  • Once a session has taken place, payments are non-refundable.

 
If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Your payment will be transferred to a future session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, will be charged in full. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.


Block Bookings (Prepaid Sessions)

  • Block bookings (e.g. 6, 10, or 12-session packages) are offered at a discounted rate and must be paid in full, in advance.

  • Once we’ve confirmed the session dates, the plan is non-refundable.


If you decide to end therapy early:

  • Any unused sessions are not eligible for a refund, unless exceptional, pre-agreed circumstances apply.

  • My standard cancellation policy applies to each session within a block (24 hours’ notice required to reschedule without loss of the session).


If I Need to Cancel
In the rare event that I have to cancel a session (due to illness or unexpected circumstances):

  • You’ll be offered an alternative appointment at no additional cost.

  • If rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund will be provided for that missed session.​
