Free 15-Minute Introduction Call

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone or video call with no obligation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss what brings you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether therapy feels right for you at this time. It's also a chance for us to see if we're a good fit to work together, as a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of successful counselling.
