Block Booking Sessions
Committing to regular therapy can support steady, meaningful progress.
It can also make things easier to plan, both practically and financially.
If you feel you’d like to work together over a number of sessions, I offer the following block booking options:
6 sessions | £345
12 sessions | £660
Some clients find this approach helpful when they are looking for medium-term support or want to engage more consistently with the process.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and is usually held weekly, or at another pace we agree together.
​
Block bookings are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. This allows some flexibility while also helping to maintain continuity and focus in the work.
Payment and Booking Terms

Block bookings are paid in full in advance

Sessions can be rearranged with at least 24 hours’ notice

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are charged in full

Unused sessions are generally non-refundable. However, I recognise that circumstances can change, and this can be discussed if needed.

A note on flexibility
Choosing a block booking doesn’t commit you to continuing therapy beyond what feels helpful. We will regularly review how the work is going and make decisions together about what feels right for you.
