  • worried your problems are “not serious enough”

These feelings are very common. I offer confidential online counselling for adults across the UK in a calm, supportive and non-judgmental space.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, or simply feeling unlike yourself, therapy can provide space to slow down, reflect, and feel heard.

  • understand how I work

  • see whether we feel like a good fit

There is no pressure or obligation to continue afterwards.

This option can feel helpful if you are:

  • new to therapy

  • unsure what kind of support you need

  • wanting to ask practical questions first

Initial Assessment Session

£50 | 50mins

Phone | Video Call

An initial assessment is a fuller counselling session where we begin exploring what’s been happening for you and what support may help.

Together we may explore:

  • what has brought you to counselling now

  • how things have been affecting you emotionally

  • patterns of stress, anxiety or overwhelm

  • relationship or life difficulties

  • what you hope may change or feel different

This session also gives you space to experience what counselling with me feels like before deciding whether you would like to continue.

You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.

What Happens After the Initial Assessment?

If ongoing counselling feels appropriate for you, we can discuss continuing sessions together at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

Ongoing therapy provides space to explore:

  • emotional patterns

  • anxiety or low mood

  • relationship difficulties

  • grief and loss

  • identity and life changes

  • stress and burnout

  • deeper self-understanding

Some people attend counselling short-term around a specific issue.

Others choose longer-term therapy for deeper emotional work and personal growth.

Sessions are usually:

  • weekly

  • 50 minutes

  • held online/phone

There is no obligation to continue after the assessment session. Therapy works best when you feel comfortable, informed, and able to choose what feels right for you.

Ongoing Session Fee: £60

What Happens After You Book?

Once you book:

  • you’ll receive confirmation of your appointment

  • you’ll have space to talk confidentially and at your own pace

There is no expectation to share everything immediately. Therapy works best when you feel emotionally safe and able to move at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Online Counselling From Home

Online counselling allows you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Many people find online therapy:

  • more accessible

  • easier to fit around work or family life

  • less intimidating than travelling to a clinic

  • emotionally easier to open up in

Sessions take place securely online/phone.
